Today was Zach's 4 month Dr.s appointment. He is weighing in at 13lbs 4oz (25th%) and 26 inches (75th%). The Dr. said he looks fabulous and gave us the go ahead for oatmeal. Since he has had rice cereal in his formula since 4 weeks (due to his reflux) and has had oatmeal for the past 4 weeks she thought it was the perfect time to start him on solids. So we have a week of oatmeal twice a day and then we start veggies! He LOVED the cereal and we couldn't feed him fast enough. His mouth was open before the spoon was even out of his mouth. My mom said I was the same way so I'm guessing he is going to be a great eater like his mommy. We captured his first meal on camera and the pics are below.
