And baby makes three!: This year in pictures!

This has been the best and hardest years of our lives. January 31, 2008 we boarded a plane to North Carolina to visit family with some very exciting news, we were having a baby! We were very excited to tell our family while on our vacation. We waited a few days until I took a few tests just to make sure it was for real. While hiking in North Carolina, I got a little sick and decided to head back down the mountain. When we left our nephew Mason said to everyone "maybe she is pregnant" and they all laughed it off only to find out that night that we were indeed expecting...Mason was right! After having 24 weeks of a flawless pregnancy I was put on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnany due to Pre-term Labor. It seems Buggie wanted to come way too early and it was now my job to be a couch potato and keep him cooking for the next 12 weeks. Bed rest was just as hard on Mark as it was on me. Mark did such a wonderful job taking care of me while I was unable to do anything. Thank you also to my mom and Sue for making meals, cleaning the house and taking such good care of me. Well, the weeks came and went and I was finally released from bed rest at 36 weeks. He entered this world on September 9, 2009 at 11:28 a.m. I was 3 days from my due date. He has been such an amazing blessing in our lives. He brings us so much joy and happiness. He is really becoming his own person and we are so proud of how well he is doing.
